In my Bilingualism and Language Studies (BLS) lab, I am conducting a series of experiments looking at how non-linguistic visual cues (e.g., face) and linguistic cues (e.g., foreign accent) interact during bilingual word comprehension and production. These projects are in collaboration with Dr. Haiyang Ai and Dr. Ting Xiao, my colleagues in the Literacy and Second Language Studies (LSLS) program and the Center for English as a Second Language (CESL) at University of Cincinnati.
